Driver referral program
Earn up to $1,000 per driver you refer — up to $100,000 total.*
*Terms and conditions apply. How it works.
1
Share your link.
Send your Esca referral link to another private driver. First-degree referrals only, so drivers they refer do not count.
2
They join Esca.
When that driver signs up and runs eligible rides through Esca, the referral can start to count.
3
Esca pays you.
Paid out on Esca's regular payout cycle — details in the terms.
This isn’t a signup bonus.
Esca pays you when referred drivers stay active on the platform. A driver who signs up and goes quiet does not create more payout, so the program favors real driver adoption.
Refer a driver to Esca.
Terms and conditions
- You earn 1% of each referred driver’s Esca-settled ride volume — the gross price the client paid.
- Earnings are capped at $1,000 per referred driver.
- Your lifetime earnings across every driver you’ve referred are capped at $100,000. That’s a cap on the total sum — no single referred driver has to reach their own $1,000 cap for you to get there.
- You can refer an unlimited number of drivers. There is no cap on referral count, only on total earnings.
- Only first-degree referrals earn. You are paid on the drivers you refer directly — never on drivers that they go on to refer.
- Only rides settled through Esca count toward your earnings. A ride your referred driver books or is paid for off-platform earns you nothing.
- Payment timing and method: earnings are paid out by transfer to your own Stripe Connect account on Esca’s regular payout cycle, once your accrued balance reaches the minimum payout threshold. If you don’t yet have a Connect account, your earnings still accrue and are held until you complete driver onboarding.
- Referral earnings are reportable income. Esca (6060 Labs, Inc.) is the payer of record and will issue a 1099-NEC once your earnings cross the reporting threshold — you’ll be asked for a W-9 at that point.
- Esca may withhold earnings it determines came from fraud or self-referral, and may amend these terms going forward. A change applies only to earnings from that point on, never to what you’ve already accrued.
